As ErrandPay grew, their existing product experience struggled to keep up with rising demand and expanding services.

They needed a scalable SaaS platform and mobile ecosystem that could support advanced features like cross-border payments, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance—while still delivering a smooth, intuitive experience for thousands of end users.

We started with in-depth user research—conducting over 20 user interviews and A/B tests—to identify pain points and define the ideal experience. From there, we translated insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that balanced functionality with simplicity.

Alongside redesigning the SaaS platform, we built scalable mobile and back-office solutions, ensuring flexibility for both B2B and B2C use cases. To accelerate delivery, we mentored and directed junior designers, improving iteration speed while maintaining design quality and alignment with evolving user needs.
