Despite offering a wide array of essential services, Sciart’s digital interfaces—especially the mobile app and admin back-office—were fragmented and lacked clarity in delivering complex financial data and workflows.

The existing design suffered from usability issues and inconsistency, which hindered user comprehension and increased friction across loan applications, advisory journeys, and admin tasks.

With the pivot into fintech wallets, Sciart Finance needed more than a refreshed interface—it required a cohesive digital ecosystem that could clearly communicate complex financial products while delivering a smooth user experience.

We began with discovery and research, engaging with stakeholders and reviewing existing systems to understand both user pain points and business objectives.
We began with discovery and research, engaging with stakeholders and reviewing existing systems to understand both user pain points and business objectives.
From there, we developed a unified design system—covering typography, color palettes, UI components, and responsive layouts—to bring consistency across platforms. User flows and wireframes were created, leading into interactive prototypes that were iterated in close collaboration with the CEO and internal teams.

Each design round balanced clarity and scalability, ensuring that the wallet pivot was both usable and future-proof. To solidify this foundation, we delivered detailed style guides and documentation, making development handoff efficient and preparing Sciart for growth.
